ISO 42001 Framework Alignment
NavGemAI.com operates an AI management approach aligned with the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 framework and applicable control concepts. We do not claim formal third-party ISO 42001 certification. Customer-specific alignment evidence, responsibilities, and audit-support materials are scoped in the applicable agreement.
Managed Operations
NavGemAI.com offers managed AI infrastructure and operations capabilities, including operational runbooks, monitoring, human escalation, and evidence workflows. 24/7 monitoring, response, or operational coverage may be provided where it is expressly included in the executed customer agreement; coverage hours, responsibilities, escalation paths, and response targets are defined there rather than inferred from this website.
Security Practices
We implement security measures to protect data transmitted through navgemai.com. Communications are encrypted in transit via TLS, form submissions are validated server-side and stored in an access-controlled database, and we review our security posture periodically.
Human Oversight Commitment
Human oversight is a core operating principle. We design intervention, approval, escalation, and accountability paths appropriate to the customer environment and the specific AI workload.
Data Handling
Website-form information is used to respond to requests and, with consent, follow up on services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. AI Provider Relationships
NavGemAI.com is an independent managed services provider. We can design and operate around customer-selected model, cloud, and tooling environments. References to providers are informational unless a customer agreement expressly identifies an approved provider relationship.
